The five interferences between privacy and compliance 231
It is possible to identify some possible interferences between the legislation on the protection of personal data and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Crimes relating to privacy (Articles 167-172 of the Privacy Code) cannot be ascribed as such to a legal person, since they are not provided for by Legislative Decree 231 as predicate offences pursuant to Articles 24 et seq. However, they may acquire indirect relevance pursuant to Legislative Decree 231, in two cases.
