It is possible to identify some possible interferences between the legislation on the protection of personal data and Legislative Decree 231/2001. Crimes relating to privacy (Articles 167-172 of the Privacy Code) cannot be ascribed as such to a legal person, since they are not provided for by Legislative Decree 231 as predicate offences pursuant to Articles 24 et seq.
