Alessandro Barzaghi will be the moderator of the workshop “Crowfunding vs Angel Investors” during the fifth conference organized by the Closely Held and Growing Business Enterprises Committee of the International Bar Association scheduled in Copenhagen, Denmark, on Tuesday, May 21, 2019.
The conference will address topics of interest and topical interest to corporate law and M&A, such as blockchain technology, IT security, and use of artificial intelligence in the legal profession.
