231 Pharmaceutical Observatory Workshop, 28 March 2019

Tomorrow, March 28, 2019 the Osservatorio 231 Farmaceutiche will hold a workshop at Roche S.p.A. in Monza. Maurizio Arena, of counsel of Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale, will introduce the workshop, and will be the speaker of the panel “Three interesting judgments on undue induction to give or promise benefits, corruption between individuals and safety of expatriated employees”. Domenica Cotroneo, senior associate of Cocuzza & Associati Studio Legale, will also attend the workshop as a speaker in the panel “Whistleblowing: between the right to report and the employee’s loyalty obligation”.
