On 21 February, Giulia Comparini will teach at the course “INTERNATIONAL CONTRACTS AND INCOTERMS® 2020: GUIDELINES FOR OPERATING ABROAD”.
The course aims to provide the necessary knowledge to identify the tools to be adopted in managing relations with international commercial counterparties.
It is intended for entrepreneurs and professional figures who deal with the management of contractual relationships with foreign customers. The issues are addressed from a business oriented perspective, with the alternation of theoretical insights and case analysis.
Giulia Comparini – partner of Cocuzza & Associati – is an expert in international contracts, a matter she has been dealing with for years, assisting Italian and foreign clients in the drafting and negotiation of various types of contracts and in the creation of joint ventures abroad. She regularly carries out training activities for companies in the matters of international contracts.
The course will take place in Milan, at the NIBI headquarters (Palazzo Turati) in Via Meravigli, 7. It is promoted by Promos Italia and the Milan Chamber of Commerce, Monza Brianza, Lodi.
