In addition to the arrival of Pietro Minaudo as of Counsel, the new year began with the promotions of Patrizio Cataldo, Domenica Cotroneo, and Marta Margiocco in recognition of their commitment to develop the firm strategic practices.
Patrizio Cataldo, new Salary Partner, joined the firm in 2010. Over the years, Patrizio has gained significant experience in M&A and corporate, real estate, and commercial distribution agreements. Patrizio also deals with insolvency proceedings, both on the side of creditors and on the side of the company in crisis, as well as providing judicial and extrajudicial assistance in anti-money laundering matters. Since 2011, he has collaborated with the University of Milan as a member of the examination board of Civil Law I and II. From 2021 he is member of Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti.
Domenica Cotroneo, new Counsel, joined Cocuzza & Associati in 2013. Domenica has developed considerable expertise in the field of labor law and deals with the management of all issues related to labour law, also carrying out her activities in litigation before the Courts of Merit and the Supreme Court. She is a member of AGI – Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani. Since 2019, she is a member of EELA – European Employment Lawyers Association and from 2021 she is member of Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti.
Marta Margiocco, new Counsel, joined the firm in 2009. Marta has distinguished herself professionally, handling commercial and corporate law matters, with reference to the real estate sector, among others, and assisting Italian and foreign clients in matters relating to the protection of personal data, an area in which she has gained extensive experience. From 2021 she is member of Camera degli Avvocati Internazionalisti.
