There are some news and awards involving Cocuzza & Associati Lawyers in June 2022.

Throughout June we have had two webinars in which the international dimension plays an important role: “Negotiating and managing commercial relationships in times of crisis” (7 June 2022) and “The new European regulation on vertical agreements: what changes for e-commerce” (28 June 2022).

During the first webinar, Giulia Comparini, Irene Grassi and Patrizio Cataldo talked about the impact on trade contracts of several events that have become highly topical in recent months: from restrictive measures related to the pandemic, to economic sanctions as a consequence of the war in Ukraine, from increasing of raw material prices, to supply difficulties affecting many sectors.

The focus of the second webinar was on the new EU Commission Regulation 2022/720 on vertical agreements. Giulia Comparini, Eva Knickenberg-Giardina and Irene Grassi talked about the new rules bring significant novelties for e-commerce and will have a particular impact on all distribution structures that adopt multi-channel strategies.

As is our custom, in addiction to dealing the actuality and perspectives of international trade, we have looked at some operational cases and examples of practical application.
