In the article appeared in the legal column of the last issue of Retail & Food, Alessandro Barzaghi comments on the judgement no. 30475 of July 10, 2019 of the United Chambers of the Supreme Court related to the sale of cannabis sativa, and proposes some considerations on the consequences of this decision on the existing stores of “light” cannabis.
