This report, annually developed thanks to the contribution of the major players in the Italian real estate market, to which go out thanks, is intended to be a barometer of the market, at the same time providing useful information for those working in this field. In terms of methodology, we seek to define set of parameters that would allow evaluations that are not only quantitative, but also and above all, qualitative.
We believe, actually, that the market cannot be fully perceived with only a quantitative analysis of transaction trends or prices trends which, while remaining central to the evaluation of the industry, risk to represent a much ‘colder‘ reality.
In addition to the analysis of the market, we have decided to accompany our work with an analysis of the regulations, of the critical bureaucratic and of the administrative hurdles that very often companies and investors must face when investing in Italy.
Our hope is that our work may provide food for thought and may serve to stimulate, especially for the stakeholders, for our legislators and for government to work better to attract and secure investment in a sector that has always represented a fundamental driver for our country, and which keep alive and has the merit to keep alive our cities.
